Business Development Partner (Dubai / Remote)

Summary: Identify and onboard landlords for our holiday home management model. Build relationships, pitch our services, and close deals that expand our Dubai portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Call/message landlords & real estate agents to generate leads.
Pitch H&H’s holiday home management service and follow up on marketing material.
Conduct property visits (in-person or virtual) to assess suitability.
Close agreements and coordinate with Operations to onboard properties.
Maintain lead logs, sales pipeline, and escalate high-potential leads as needed.

Commission Structure: AED 3,000+ per apartment onboarded, no cap, plus referral bonuses for portfolio expansions. Weekly payouts on signed deals.

Employment Type: 3-Month commission-only probation → converts to base + commission with company visa.

Requirements: Real estate/holiday home BD experience, fluent English, self-motivated, UAE-based.

Operations Coordinator – Holiday Home Management (Dubai, UAE)

Summary: Support H&H’s day-to-day operations, from administration and compliance to sales coordination and property onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain expense records, invoices, and receipts.
Track payments from guests, landlords, and booking platforms.
Handle Ejari/DTCM/DED compliance and documentation.
Organize contracts, leases, and digital files.
Assist BD team with lead sourcing and proposal prep.
Manage cross-department projects and onboarding checklists.
Liaise with utilities, business centers, and government portals.

Salary & Benefits: AED 2,500–5,000/month DOE, plus optional commission on BD/sales. Visa after probation, 5-day work week.

Requirements: 1+ year hospitality/real estate, strong Excel/Google Sheets, organized, reliable, English fluency.
