Positive: A região onde fica o apartamento é muito bem servida de serviços, e também fica ao lado do passeio da Marina Dubai. Apartamento com boas instalações e bastante limpo. Negative: Há um pouco de ruído durante a madrugada em razão de algumas obras na região.

Positive: We had a pleasant stay. We found everything we needed in the apartment, the view was beautiful. It helped that there is a well-stocked Carrefour store in the building. The hosts were nice and we were able to leave our luggage until 3:00 PM. Thank you, Leo! Negative: The only disturbing thing was the noise from the construction site in front.

I definitely recommend it to people who, apart from sunbathing and sightseeing, want to participate Positive: Located in the heart of Dubai Harbor, check-in was hassle-free, and the tram stop is right outside. The apartment is very comfortable (I stayed with my family) and equipped with everything I needed (including air conditioning). There's a Carrefour supermarket and a 24-hour restaurant in the building. Dubai Marina is about 15 minutes away, and JBR Beach is about 20 minutes away. I recommend it as a base for exploring the beaches and sightseeing. The owner was very helpful, responded quickly, and was always available. Negative: Several new buildings and a road are currently under construction in the area. Work is ongoing 24/7, and there's some noise and traffic jams. However, the windows are very well soundproofed, so you can't hear a thing from inside.
