Decent Apartment, But Registration and Location Were Drawbacks Positive: The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with a small kitchen, making it comfortable for a short stay. It also had a designated parking spot, which was convenient. However, the check-in process was frustrating. The receptionist manually recorded each guest’s details, which made the registration unnecessarily lengthy, especially for larger groups. This was not a great first impression. The location was also not ideal. While it offers a nice view of Dubai Eye and the Arabian Gulf, it’s about a 15-minute walk to The Walk at JBR, which felt inconvenient. If you’re expecting to be right in the heart of JBR’s lively area, this might not be the best choice. Overall, while the apartment itself was fine, the check-in experience and location made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
